250kVA 35kv Dry Type Cast Resin Electric Transformer utilize the principle of electromagnetic induction to achieve voltage conversion. During operation, when the primary winding is energized, it generates an alternating magnetic flux, which is coupled through the core to the secondary winding, thereby inducing an electromotive force. Wrapping foil sheets around the high and low voltage windings can enhance short circuit withstand capability. The use of a filtration casting process eliminates stress caused by temperature changes during transformer operation, while the use of epoxy resin provides the windings with better heat resistance, ensuring equipment safety. The core is made of high quality cold rolled silicon steel sheets, stacked at a 45°degree angle to reduce losses, and flat sheets are used to avoid noise interference.
The Dry Type Cast Resin Electric Transformer can be customized according to customer requirements for voltage ratings, dimensions, and housing materials to adapt to different environmental conditions. It is suitable for outdoor installation but should be kept away from areas with electromagnetic interference. 1. The standard operating temperature range is -25°C to +40°C. If the temperature exceeds this range, please consult with the LUGAO team for a solution.
2. The standard operating humidity should be ≤90%. In high-humidity environments, better protective materials should be selected.
3. The standard altitude range is ≤1000 meters. If the altitude exceeds this range, please consult with the LUGAO team for a special design.
4. Ensure sufficient space is provided during installation to allow the transformer to dissipate heat. Do not tilt the equipment.
5. Keep away from areas with strong electromagnetic interference and avoid installation in environments containing corrosive gases.
