During operation, when the primary winding is energized, it generates an alternating magnetic flux that is coupled through the core to the secondary winding, thereby inducing an electromotive force. Wrapping foil sheets around the high and low voltage windings can enhance short circuit withstand capability. The use of a filtered casting process eliminates stress caused by temperature changes during transformer operation, while the use of epoxy resin provides better heat resistance for the windings, ensuring equipment safety. The core is made of high quality cold rolled silicon steel sheets, stacked at a 45° angle to reduce losses, and flat plates are used to avoid noise interference.

Operating Environment

1. The standard operating temperature range is -25°C to +40°C. If the temperature exceeds this range, please consult with the LUGAO team for a solution.

2. The standard operating humidity should be ≤90%. In high-humidity environments, better protective materials should be selected.

3. The standard altitude range is ≤1000 meters. If the altitude exceeds this range, please consult with the LUGAO team for a special design.

4. Ensure sufficient space is provided during installation to allow the transformer to dissipate heat. Do not tilt the equipment.

5. Keep away from areas with strong electromagnetic interference and avoid installation in environments containing corrosive gases.
