During operation, when the primary winding is energized, it generates an alternating magnetic flux, which is coupled through the core to the secondary winding, thereby inducing an electromotive force. Air-cooled transformers use epoxy resin or silicone rubber as insulating materials. These materials possess self-extinguishing properties and do not pose safety hazards due to oil leakage. During the casting process, the pre wound coils are placed in specially designed molds, followed by the injection of an epoxy resin mixture and heating for curing. The resulting structure has high mechanical strength, effectively isolating external dust and moisture while protecting internal metal components. High-quality silicon steel sheets and windings are selected as materials, offering the advantages of low noise and low loss, making them suitable for environments such as office buildings, hospitals, and schools.
